Since 2015, he has been a Visiting Professor at Pune’s leading business schools and commerce colleges. As a corporate trainer, he conducts industry-focused skill-building programs and mentors graduate and postgraduate students on internships, projects, and career preparation. Mr. Marathe also contributes to syllabus review and restructuring to ensure graduates are industry-ready. He frequently serves as a Chief Guest, Jury Member, Panellist, and Industry Expert at various business schools.
