Com Minimum of 8 years of experience in teaching / research / industry out of which at least 2 years shall be Post Ph.D. experience
  • Preferred Specialization – Finance & Marketing.
  • Good Communication Skills.
  • Ability to work in a team, Goal Orientation.
  • Curriculum Designing, Teaching Pedagogy & Knowledge of AICTE requirements for management programs.
  • Strong industry networks with experience in handling industry institute interface

3. Assistant Professor 08 Under-graduate Degree in any discipline and post-graduate degree with first class or equivalent in Business Administration /MBA/PGDM/ CA / ICWA/ M. Com Two years of professional experience after acquiring Post- graduate Degree

4. Professor 01 Ph.D. degree in the relevant field and First class or equivalent at either Bachelor’s or Master’s level in Business Administration /MBA/PGDM/M. Com. And At least 6 research publications at the level of Associate Professor in SCI journals / UGC / AICTE approved list of journals and at least 2 successful Ph.D. guided as Supervisor / Co- supervisor till the date of eligibility of promotion Minimum of 10 years of experience in teaching / research / industry out of which at least 3 years shall be at a post equivalent to that of an Associate Professor

6. Admission Counsellor 02 First class or equivalent at either Bachelor’s or Master’s level in Business Administration /MBA/PGDM/M. Com One to three years of professional experience
  • Identify the cultivative prospective students through various recruitment initiatives, including high school visits, college fairs, and information sessions
  • Collecting session plans from facultProvide comprehensive guidance to prospective students and their families regarding admissions requirements, academic programs, financial aid, and campus life.ies and creating and maintaining the Academic Calendar
  • Evaluate applications for admission, including reviewing academic transcripts, letters of recommendation, and personal statements.
7. System Admistration 01 First class or equivalent at either Bachelor’s or Master’s level in Business Administration /MBA/PGDM/M. Com One to three years of professional experience
  • Manage and installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware and software components
  • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure maximum uptime and performance
  • Manage user accounts, permissions, and access levels across various systems and applications.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in system administration and IT security
